Amisha’s comeback

Amisha Patel, who was in the news for her recent break-up with long time boyfriend Kanav Puri, has now gone ahead and signed Madhur Bhandarkar’s film, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji.

Our source said, “Amisha and Kanav Puri broke off early this year. Kanav proposed marriage to Amisha mid last year but she neither accepted nor denied the proposal. After Amisha patched up with her family in December last year, Kanav again expressed his desire to settle down with her. However, Amisha wanted to give more time to her career. Now, it looks like Amisha’s decision has finally paid off as she landed a plum role in Madhur’s film where she will play one of the key characters opposite Ajay Devgn. Although she is yet to sign the film, she is quite excited about it already. The news will come as a sad shock for Kanav as this nails the coffin in their three-year-old relationship.”

The film also stars two other leading ladies opposite Emraan Hashmi and Omi Vaidya. Amisha was last seen in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic which failed miserably at the box office.
