Is hot male Sabeer Bhatia now taken with Ameesha Patel?

Is this a case of jab love hua? Recently, when e-mail pioneer Sabeer Bhatia met Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel, he apparently fell in awe with her beauty.

Sabeer and Ameesha met each other at Los Angeles, in the US, where Ameesha was invited as a guest of honour at a beauty pageant. Sabeer was one of the judges. A fashion designer, who was present at the venue, gives us first-hand information.

He says, "It was really funny to see Sabeer following Ameesha around. He also kept glancing her way, and smiling at her. Whenever he spoke to her, he kept showering compliments on her. It became evident to all that he had a soft corner for her."

Initially, Ameesha was amused. "He constantly flattered Ameesha and wouldn't leave her alone, although Ameesha made it very clear that she was dating Vikram Bhatt,"says the designer. Sabeer is an eligible bachelor, financially sound and looking for a life partner. There were rumors about a match between him and Aishwarya when she won the Miss World pageant. Allegedly, according to reports then, he had even sent a formal proposal to marry Ash.

Apparently Sabeer loved the way Ameesha carried herself. "He complimented her on the kind of roles she has done and the dignity with which she has lived her life,"says the designer.

"After the event, Amisha met Sabeer at an Indian restaurant at Beverly Hills for dinner, where he complimented her on her batua."However, as a close friend of Ameesha says, "Ameesha is not interested in anyone else. She is happy with Vikram Bhatt. Although there have been reports of a split between them, they are very much together."

When contacted, Ameesha Patel said, "I was a guest of honour at the event in LA, and yes I did interact with Sabeer Bhatia, who was one of the judges there. And why just him? I interacted with other judges like Ashok Amritraj too."Despite prodding she refused to comment any more on the issue.
